WHY I CREATED THESE
The words we speak, listen to and repeat to ourselves become the stories we live by.
So much of what we believe about ourselves exists beneath the surface. The ideas about what we are worthy of, what we are capable of, what is available to us, how much we can receive and how deeply we can trust ourselves. Some of those beliefs are consciously chosen. Others have been absorbed, inherited or repeated so many times that we stopped questioning whether they are our truth or someone else’s projection.
Over the years, I’ve become increasingly intentional about the words I repeat to myself.
Affirmation, invocation, meditation and repetition have become ways for me to challenge the beliefs that limit me and strengthen those that support the life I am choosing to create.
I’ve experienced the power of hearing the right words, repeatedly and with intention, until they begin to move beyond something I simply say, and become something I know, feel and live.
That is the inspiration behind Power + Prosperity Activations.
I wanted to create something deeper than a collection of affirmations. Each activation is an immersive eight-minute journey through spoken word, invocation, breath and visualisation, carried by an original soundscape and created to shift the inner conversation.
