Expanding awareness through movement, meditation and breath

Yoga has played an enormous role in my wellbeing journey over the past 12 years. What began as a physical practice quickly became the catalyst for a life-changing inner transformation. A shift from fear and insecurity to inner peace, self-love and an innate connection to myself and the world around me.
