Alo invited me to be part of their Move Into Wellness campaign, where I shared what prioritising radical self-care will look like for me in 2025. For me, that means finding small, intentional pockets of presence throughout the day — balancing movement with rest, listening closely to my body, and honouring what it asks for. Sometimes that’s a gentle yoga flow, other times it’s a quiet tea ritual or disappearing into a book. These simple practices create the spaciousness I need to stay connected, grounded, and well.

Move Into Wellness Campaign

Alo invited me to guide a recovery-focused wellness walk for their community, bringing together a group of new and familiar faces on a cold but beautiful morning. We gathered at their Brompton Road store in Knightsbridge before making our way into Hyde Park, where we practised warming stretches, moving meditation, and shared intentions for how each person planned to take better care of themselves in the year ahead. It was a gentle, heart-opening way to connect — with nature, with each other, and with ourselves.
